I make bukkit plugins for about 2 years now , and I created several bigger plugins for other servers . What I really like to make and also am obsessed with are complex particles and skills . I'm also not free but my price's are reasonable.

probably 99/100 , I'm only there to do my job and not for trolling or anything like that.

How old are you? I am 16 years old.
Past experience with being a developer I am learning how to make custom plugins (Actually my first plugin is in testing), and I am very good at configuring pre existing plugins. I learn very quick, however finding a player to make fully developed custom plugins for free will be very difficult for you to do. I am not at that level yet but I am aspiring and I would like to use this as a learning platform.
