Who we are:
EmberFlare is fast growing and active vibrant community, fun and friendly staff who ensure everyone has a great time on our server, we run a factions, pvp, survival type server with plugins like MobArena, McMMO, with new players joining daily and we have plenty of plans to grow.
Which is why we are seeking an active developer who would be willing to join our team and be part of something fun and big.
Please adhere to our requirements for staff:
- Must be of age 16 or older
- Be mature minded we are looking for people who are calm and clearheaded
- must play MineCraft at least 2 - 6 hours a day
- must have a skype account and be contactable for important announcements
- be friendly, and have the ability to create a fun atmosphere for our players
- know how to configure minigames
- understand how permission nodes work.

No. Editing files and using built-in plugin commands are quite simple and I've had many servers and have learned almost all essential commands to popular plugins. Here is one of my old servers:

Advertising, professionalism, website creation, plugin editing, plugin recommendations, glitch detecting, ideas for the server, mature moderation, I'm okay at spotting out bad art (as in spawn buildings, etc.), I know how pretty much every plugin works and how to create/adjust a server that everybody enjoys to play
