Seeking help with Setting Groups/PermissionsEX.

Hello i am seeking help on behalf of the AllianceGaming minecraft server. We would like help with setting up the permissions/groups for the guests, regular players, donators, Vips, mods, admins, and owners. The server is being hosted by AstralGameServers. We currently have PermissionsEX as the plugin for permissions and along with a multitude of other plugins. If a list of the plugins is needed, please add me on skype at tanner2shots.
