Server Administrator needs Assistant!
Hello,
I am server manager/Community manager at Aeris Gaming and our Server administrator needs assistant to help her with tasks that she doesn't have much time to complete! after this a possible Skype interview can be made just to verify everything, if you would rather do a Skype interview via chat, please add me on Skype -- xxkillerbryanxx.
About US:
We currently have 3 servers active, and one in development. This server has been here for a long time, And we need a few people to help us and help the server owner with her tasks she needs. Our server's are WesternMC, Fallout and Walking Dead.
Walking Dead:

See how long you could survive the zombie apocalypse! Join a team and fight the living and the dead as you explore the map looking for guns, food, and armor. Each group provides a different play-style for the server ranging from "Easy" (Woodbury) - To "Hard" (Survivors). Each group has different perks such as player shops, to the ability to create a team. Find guns and kill others as you build up a team and a base!
The server was first released on March 17th, 2013. It was one of the first servers in the network and quickly became the most popular due to the television series. Players had found ways to exploit spawning systems calling for numerous changes to the way new players spawned into the map throughout the year and eventually led to a new map being used over the summer.
Pick your team!
[Survivor] -"Hard" gameplay. Survivors have no spawn, this group is for players who enjoy exploring and finding your own guns, this group is the hardest to survive! But this group happens to have the most perks, such as the ability to buy houses and lead teams. Survivors warp right into the action near a highly populated town outside of the hospital.
[Woodbury] -"Easy" gameplay. Woodbury members are protected and far away from the other groups! PvP is only permitted in the city, which can be warped to by hitting a sign in the spawn. Woodbury members have gun-shops and player-shops located in their spawn. They can also rent apartments to store items in. Most advanced players will leave Woodbury after finding an apartment or a team.
[Prisoner]-"Medium" gameplay. Prisoner is a mix between survivors by having to find some guns, and travel to other spawns, and Woodbury for having an armory near the spawn. Prisoners have limited ammo, and will have to end up buying or exploring the city to find more ammo. PvP is located right outside of the prison. Prisoners have a nice mix of guns and a lot of action near the spawn!

The objective of the Fallout: Atlanta project was to replicate the Fallout series into Minecraft to the best of our abilities. The server is fitted with features from HP that levels as you level, a Pipboy-3000 GUI, to interactive NPCS throughout the map. Throughout the wasteland you'll encounter hostile gangs, severe hunger, and radiation poisoning. Your mission is to survive the harsh wasteland battling off other factions and players.
The server was created with the intention of remaining a public Fallout themed server for those wishing to explore and survive the apocalypse without any serious RP involvement. The project is constantly updated with detailed quests, towns, and NPCS. The server publicly launched to the community on February 6th, 2014.

MAP DETAILS:
The map is the biggest change to the server. The map as been sized to a medium scale to allow you to access acitvities easier. The following locations are in the map from Red Dead Redemption: Blackwater, Armadillo, Pike Basin Mine, El Presidio, Fort Murcer, Gaptooth, Gang Camps, Bridge Crossing. Different additions like Fort Iron Hammer, T-P's, Snowy Ridge are also on the map. The map has been designed as a north american map, with sandy inland areas in the correct areas. Paths will connect each location, but some are off the path so you will need to spot them yourself.

Have you been assistant before?: No actually, Ive been an Owner more times than I can count, admin at least 7 times, and am currently an adviser for countless servers
Can you code scripts?: I am fully fluent in Denizen, vTriggers however is a different story, but I'm sure its just as easy as denizen is. For example I can create a farmer that searches a constantly expanding radius for wheat, once the wheat is found the radius expansion resets, the denizen walks to the wheat, farms it, replants it, and moves on to the next wheat whilst holding a different conversation for different ranked players. And that's just me messing around.
How long can you be active?: Well after Im done with a couple IRL contracts from a few medical clinics i can be active on this server for as long as the owner still puts effort into it. I WILL NOT BE THE ONLY ONE PULLING MY WEIGHT. So don't expect me to be.
Previous ban records?: None whatsoever.
Hours you can be on?: On average maybe 4-5 hours per day depending

I am a computer engineering student withmultiple certifications in Networking, Security, and IT, I have my A+ certs and I am currently a business owner with about 8 clients so far IRL. All of them doctors.
Skills/Qualifications: Highly skilled in: Mythicmobs, Crackshot, Mythicdrops, Monster Apocalypse, Denizen, Mob Manager, Phatloots, Chestcommands, All the basic plugins, and pretty much anything else you can find on bukkit dev I have either seen or worked with at one point or another.
Other Notes/About You: I'm an avid guitar player, a web designer, an amazing cook, and I am 22 years old. Ive been around minecraft for 4 years, and have built at least 8 different UNIQUE gamemodes accross at least 30 servers for either myself or other people. Oh and I hate Bukkit with a passion and can list 101 reasons why spigot kicks its butt.

Have you been assistant before?: No, but I'm familiar with helping specific people do things they don't have time to do, which I believe is quite similar.
Can you code scripts?: I can do basic scripting, but I'm a quick learner, and I'm sure I'd be as good as any after a few days.
How long can you be active?: I'm assuming this means how many months, since there's already a question about hours. I can be active until you stop needing me or the server closes, unless I have a family emergency, of course.
Previous ban records?: None.
Hours you can be on?: 5-7 hours on a weekday, probably at least 7 on most weekends. I'm homeschooled and thus have a large amount of free time.

How mature are you?: I've been noted to be very mature and calm, not picking fights picking fights or swearing. I still laugh at innuendos, though, so I'm definitely not 100% mature.

Your probably the only one that's going to apply. So, if you want go ahead. but I Think you might be a great addition to the team.
Hmmm. I'm sure I could learn those quickly, but I'll hold off on applying. If you don't find someone better by whenever you'd like to have your assistant, feel free to contact me. I'll probably end up learning plugin scripting anyways, since it seems that a lot of people ask for help with plugin setup and I've been interesting in coding for a while. Good luck!
Mostly denizen scripting, with some Vtriggers work here and there/small improvements and bug fixes. She mostly wants people to help with scripts, If you cannot do it it might be acceptable.
One of the questions is about coding scripts, so I was wondering if you could please elaborate on what kind of tasks the assistant would be assisting with? Is coding experience a requirement for the job? I'm not familiar with coding scripts in Java, and while I'm a fast learner, I think it would be a while before I could do more advanced things. Otherwise, I feel fairly qualified.
