Previous convictions; I have never been falsified by another staff member, which means I'm always getting along with fellow staff. I havn't been banned for being disrespectful. The only time i have griefed was on a factions/pvp server, where it was allowed. I follow the rules, and enforce them. All the while having a positive, and friendly attitude.

My best traits are to Edit the plugin configurations and server configurations. I don't act as though I'm better than lower ranks, because of my rank. I respect both Higher, and lower ranking members of the community. I resolve conflicts where both parties have their stories told, and nobody gets treated unfairly. I keep the server clean of spams, griefers, xrayers, and the Disrespectful loud-mouths that occasionally log on. I make each player feel welcomed, and want the server to make them think that they mean something to the community, which they do. An environment where each player can get along with one-another, and protect the server from griefers, even as a basic player.
