The server is just beginning so need someone who can see my vision for the server/ I need someone who not only sees my vision but can try to build and conserve it as best as possible while i am away.
I am looking only for someone who sees my vision, embraces it, loves it and will do his best to build and preserve it. Someone who is also interested in starting a server. This person will be right beside me from the servers humble beginning until the future when the server has achieved prestigious greatness. I need someone i can consult with and decide all major decisions with. I need someone who can disagree with me and tell me when my ideas sound stupid. I need someone who can come up with better ideas than i can. I need someone who i can trust to make decisions, which coincide and aim to preserve my vision, with out my approval while i am gone. This person will be in charge of overseeing all staff members. This person will have a say in all major decisions for the servers future path. This person must be proficient in .yml and plugins. If in the future the server needs new plugins this person must be able to adapt, install and configure new plugins with ease. Why are you considering this job? I would like to become a Admin or Moderator because, I've seen some pretty mean stuff said around the community and I would like to have authority to stop it! I believe I could help the community. I know we have lots of young kids playing on our server, so we need to make sure that our servers stay upbeat and appropriate. I know kids are gonna be kids and say stuff that shouldn't be said that's why you just let them off with a warning the first time. I'm not gonna lie, I've said things before but I have stopped my self from typing them. I'd just like to teach kids to keep it to themselves and I want this to be the best community from children all the way up to grown adults, that can all respect each other. Apart from that I would like too see this community grow and flourish!

Courtesy- To be nice and treat people the way you want to be treated. ( I hope to get everybody in our community thinking like this. Just imagine a community where people are treating other people with a mutual amount of respect!)
Perseverance - To always keep trying and never give up. ( Even as a Admin/Moderator you need to have this trait. If something is happening in the community you can't just ignore it because it's to difficult to deal with. You deal with it and don't give up on it till it is a fair/
