I am writing this today to look for a server that is wanting to be one of the best Role playing / Player vs Player server with many dynamic cities, many plugins such as Gaurds, Catacombs etc stuff for all kinds of players maybe a player doesn't want to take part in the PvP aspect of the server so if they wish they can toggle PvP off so they can not be attacked or attack other players or maybe they want to be the best PvP'er they can rise through the ranks of the PvP system grabbing PvP only gear that is even better then diamond then this application is for your server. I know all these plugins that can make this possible all i need from you is
I) Dedication
II) A starting of server which is white-listed.
These are the two main things i need from you (the server owner) to make this possible i will deal with all the stuff the donators gets, the boss drops, mob drops and recruitment and map making all this stuff. You can obviously have the input aswell to how you want to the server to be run stuff like rank names, recruitment and such, we can talk more about this in the Skype interview, which is where i will interview you and you can interview me (message not mic, mine is broken)
Application:
This is the part where i will talk about my experience with making maps with world painter, my world edit experience, my building style and designs although i will not put much to any of my ideas in here because people may steal them for their own server i will place some little ones that include some little plugins like courier and mailbox such as these and how they would work with the server most of my plugins are for the fun of the server but some can make the server unique then the rest of the RP / PvP servers that are out there. I have written extensive amount of work on word on my computer that are all in one file, that are just waiting to explode on to some unsuspecting server this file contains, what plugins to download and where you can download them, the server setup, the ranks, cities, factions, allies, RP side , Raids, Dungeons all this stuff i must of spent at least 2 days on these pieces of work, if i put this much attention into school as much as i do minecraft i would be passing all my GCSE's .
Building Style:
Well this entirely depends on what the server wants if the server wants a fantasy setting i will take inspirations from MMO's such as World of Warcraft or even Runescape and others such as Allod's Online, Runes of Magic all these big games i know i don't my own independent style but who really does because they have taken bits and bats from other existing buildings on YouTube or from games like i do and i see nothing wrong with that as it shows you can transport skills from all other kinds of platforms of gaming, it is not the builder but the build that is the best part. I can probably image some people about to keyboard warrior because they have read all of this so far and hardly learnt anything about me or my ideas for the server that can make it so "dynamic" and "unique" from all the other servers that are out there in the greats but if you hang on with me a little longer through the application you will truly be rewarded on the server.
My ideas may seem a bit silly for a RP server or a PvP server because they are there for cosmetic reasons but i believe all the little things help to separate you from the rest, so like the "courier" server mod, i have never seen this plugin used on any server in my lifetime so far, this is a really interesting mod because it allows players to send messages to each other without allowing any other player seeing them this helps the server with secret ambushes from a faction to a faction and it uses a piece of paper to do this. Maybe a person wants to go solo on the server instead of join one of the existing factions but still want the company of someone else well then look no further then Squad bot, it spawns random NPC's in the world that players can obtain by taming them, if you are feeling genorus you can equip your tamed NPC with some spare items you have lying about such as weapons and armor (exceptions apply such as the tamed NPC's cannot wear leggings or boots or any diamond armor). These are only a few out of the 60 plugins i have named in my word document that will lead this server to success.
Right i will explain anything else you ask me in the Skype interview such as screenshots of work and such but now further down is what i would like from your server and the plan of the server.
Requirements
Since this will be a big project of a server to make it the best we will need some good people to work on the server such as 2 admins, 2 moderators, Website Dev, Custom Plugin Dev, Graphic Designer, Banner Maker, Advertiser there probably will be more jobs i just can't think of them as of now while i am writing this, The admins and mods will be brought in on the server when my custom map is built and ready for use, these will be picked by me and you (the server owner) and interviewed on their experience as a admin. The reason for having such a small staff for such a big server is because i would like the admins to own the three factions Me, and 2 others and then the Moderators will co-own the cities. So this is how it would work. There obviously can be more factions which will mean more staff but i would like to keep the admins responsible and mature.
Owner, Me - Own Gold Faction
Admin, Mod- Own Blue Faction
Admin,Mod- Own Green Faction
How the server would work is that there will be 3 factions (can change) all warring with each other and then each faction can have allies which are little towns that help farm,defend,offend and such the factions. Then every month there will be an attack between two factions and the city so maybe the Gold faction attacks the Blue Factions city, and the battle can go on for anything up to 1 hour (probably will change) and to beat the city the attacking team has to capture 3 - 5 flags in the city, these have to be spaced out in the city to give both teams a fighting chance. The way the defenders win is two ways they can either hold off the attackers for the duration of the siege or they can capture 3 - 5 flags on the battlefield of the opposing team, there will be secret entrances and tunnels in and out of the city so that it causes the admins and mod's strategically to take / defend the city, both sides will be given cannons and limited supply of TNT (only given by the owner or me) to be fair on both teams this maybe a stack of 64 or maybe two stacks. These TNT can only be used on the walls of the city or the gate of the city. No one can toggle PvP off while during the siege OK i think i have spoken enough of the whole PvP feel of the server and some people may not like to do PvP then no worries i have thought about you, there will be raids and dungeons on the server that you can progress through if we get some good custom plugin designers we can get some new types of armor such as shields and different kinds of them such as maybe Violet Armor that can only be dropped from a raid boss or from a dungeon boss the custom plugin designers if good enough can do the PvP season gear. I will talk about the RP feel and PvP feel more in the Skype interview if you do decide to take me on board but remember
I) the server has to have a little player base players on it so far since we will need to place a new world in from my World Painter and for all the raids and such because then when we start to advertise people can start to flood onto the server.
