~ Server Builder Need ~

Greetings. I am in the process of creating a large minigames server rather like The Hive, Phanatic Network, Hypixel & Mineplex. I have ideas, but I am looking for an advanced builder who can build dragons, vessels, houses and castles. The builder who applies must have the following:

- Skills on working for a server

- A Skype account

- LEGIT proof of his skills in some form or another

- Ideas on server design
