Sorry but, if you say you were a Mineplex Dev, why are you on here, wanting to be apart of this guys server? Shouldn't you be trying to be aiming up higher, rather than lower? Also, Mineplex is a very big server with many people, I don't think they'd be targeting 15 year old's as Developers when there are more qualified people around. Just a thought.

Why you?-I would like to become a staff member because I love helping people and making them enjoy their Minecraft experience, as staff of my first few servers I played on were helping and supportive towards me, I think that's why I am able to be playing today.

In 2013 pretty much all my subjects got A and in 2015 which is the year my social was Outstanding,
7 with good insparation 8 with inspiration and good mood, 4 with no inspiration.
