and for 5dollars PFTTT sucky host+overselling+not reliable+no good support+more downtime.

provisionhost all the way going with them for 3months and had maybe like 2hours of downtime in 3months and super great support helped me out alot and replies fast. Again you get what you pay for u want to buy a host for 5dollars ur going to get 5dollars worth of crap.

i strongly recommend not buying from provision host 512mb is nothing.
