Server Dev looking for something to do!

Hello guys, As you can guess I'm looking for servers to work on, I currently own my own 200 slot server, but don't seem to be getting the player base, so i'm hoping to put my skills to good use. Willing to help out on servers both big and small. Anyway heres a little "Resume"

IGN: Akunja
Age: 20
Experience: I've developed several small servers, namely my own, that I've not been able to keep alive due to lack of funding, Currently got my server "The Ancient Realms" 200 slot server, but not having luck with finding the players (as stated above)
Plug ins: I can work with many plug ins, from the basic essentials to more complicated ones, Preferred permissions plug in: Group Manager.
Time to invest: Depending on how many servers i'd be working on, I'd be investing around 10-15 hours a week, working on general maintenance and initial set up can take me between 30minutes - a few hours depending on the tasks at hand.
I'm not asking for money (although Donations would be accepted) Just looking to help out fellow Server owners
(I can also build to a reasonable level; more so when it comes to Gardens/ruins)
I'll make this look all pretty soon, but for now it's just here to get it out.
