SERVER DEV NEEDED! :)

I am looking for a no-pay developer. I know it is asking a lot, but if you want to come help build a server and have fun, then msg me on skype or pm me. My skype name is tekperson1. I could possibly work out something where you could get payed with donations, contact me for more details. I need custom plugins for awesome new minigames, one being TNT Wars. Just an explanation on how to make custom minigames would be helpful as well.
