I have a server at the moment but I am in need of an experienced dev to work on plugins and to assist me with the site. This rank needs to be highly trusted as they have same permissions as owner, full access to multicraft panel, website panel etc.

Experience: Well. To start off, I have been Owner on 3 servers. I've made them all from scratch, with no help, I got all the plugins, configured them, and even made a few Custom plugins. Also I can code Html. (That's if you need a custom made Website).
Reason you want Rank: I want the rank, because I like to help out people, and be proud of my work. And I am pretty mature, which is always a good thing
