Server Development, in Need of Builders

To anyone who believes they are a great, borderline awesome builder, this message goes out to you. I am in development of a new prison server in which there is a lot of building to be done. I am looking for 3 builders, and will update this post when requirements are met (or changed.) If you do become a builder for the server, you will be granted builder perms long after the server opens. If I really enjoy your building, you will be promoted to Head Builder in which you will be payed via paypal (undecided amount.) Do note that I am very picky about my builders and you do need to apply to become a builder. here is the application format I would like for you to use,
1.) Username
2.) Age
3.) how would you rate yourself as a builder out of 10 (1 being terrible, and 10 being awesome)
4.) How often can you be on
5.) at least 3 images of previous builds (more is better)
6.) Skype username
7.) Any other artistic talents you may have

We are not looking for people who are good with redstone we are looking for people who are good at creative free handed building
