SERVER IN DEVELOPMENT | NEED HELP | REWARD: STAFF

Hello, my name is Oliver or Centurion. I am currently developing a unique server the details of which I can not give out quite yet. If you decide to help out, you will receive the details of what the server will be so that you can properly help. My dilemma is that I am currently doing this by myself and doing so is extremely draining and unmotivating. I have a great idea, I just need others to help make it a reality.

What I am looking for:
I am looking for several mature people to help me make design decisions within the server. these include things such as donator ranks, gameplay aspects, rules and design aspects.

What you get in return:
As payment for your help, you will receive staff ranks upon release of the server depending on how much you have helped out.

Requirements:
To effectively be able to help me, you be the following:
- Mature - Preferably 15+ but you don't have to be
- Creative
- High knowledge of plugins, how they work and configuring them
- Dedicated - I need people that will stick with me, not flake out
- A microphone
- Discord
