Server in development?! Needs staff/Developers/builders

So a while ago I ran a server called KacpersPvP which was hugely successful pulling in over 1000 unique players in the first week! The server was active for over 4 months with an average of around 20 players on at a time.
What happened Ryan?!
Long story short my computer broke and I could no longer play Minecraft or manage the server so it was shut down along with the website. However, now that i have a new computer I plan to kick start KacpersPvP V.2! This means I'm going to need staff and builders and of course friends!
What needs doing Ryan?!
The server itself isn't very far in development at all, I have a spawn and the plugins but haven't yet got the host, the website, the permissions or the staff. So essentially we would be starting from scratch, how fun!
P.s I will be getting a hosted server soon I just get paid monthly so therefore it makes sense to wait!

This post is very unprofessional. Get rid of the curse words, make it more appealing, etc. Maybe I'll consider developing for you if you do that.
