I am thinking of creating a Minecraft server. I am not 100% sure if I am going to launch one, but it is likely.
Currently, I am looking for a Server Director. This involves helping to run the server on a day-to-day basis. I would say that it is loosely equivalent to 'Owner' rank on usual servers, with possible access to the server control panel. I am going to try and run this server as a 'business': the Director is comparable to the manager of a shop.
Applicants must have access to Skype instant messaging and be knowledgeable and experienced with plugins, building and leadership. Commitment is also required - this is a position similar to 'Owner'.
In the past, my issue has been not so much lack of donations, but lack of players. Ideas for player growth would also be appreciated, but are not necessary.
If the server is successful and has money to spare, the Director may be rewarded with genuine money, via PayPal.
Even though I currently have no live server, it is possible that your help may be enlisted when setting up the server, possibly with building should I set up a provisional self-hosted server.
