Server Glitches

Many of you may have the same problem. When i go on this server it connects really quickly but logs in and in and in. i figured it was something to do with the server, & not me, but every now and then i get this message :io.netty.handler.FrameConception : lenght wider then 21-bit


I don't understand this at all
please help me
