can some one please tell me if there is currently anyway to make a 1.3 public server that isn't LAN if so can someone make one for me?

Its the same way as 1.2.5, you may have not port forwarwarded right. This may not be the issue. Just a suggestion.

Whenever I try to use the Launcher it says Logging in... for hours.
