Server Help

Hello there, I have just recently opened my own server for the fifth time.... it's addicting i tell you lol... So im just looking for one person who knows a lot about adding plugins manually. In the past i have added all my plugins through the control panel and have configured them there as well. This server i just started up doesnt work the same way. i have downloaded Filezilla and followed countless tutorials. I just need someone with exp adding plugins this way. You must also know about other technical minecraft stuff! Please send me a message if you think that you could help me make my server grow
