I have tried to work on this for hours. So here's the problem. I set up my server, create a .bat file, run cmd, insert my IPx4 (or whatever it's called) into my server file, and all that. I also portforwarded to both TCP and UDP, external and internal start-end to 25565. My internal ip address is also the IPx4 thing ip as well.

Basically, I uninstalled Norton Security, I allowed port 25565 on both TCP and UDP in both inbound and outbound rules. I even tried to disable firewall completely, but it didn't work. I also set my network to private (had public before, but didn't work). All the solutions I looked up didn't work.
I use a laptop wirelessly connected to a netgear router. Also, I run windows 10. Help me, please?
