I had some issues when I updated my server with it not letting me login. I think the main problem with that is that with thtis newest update it broke a lot of the plugins so I started new by downloading the new bukket plugin and editing the bat file. When you go on bukkets site and folow the turtorial keep in mind that it didn't work for me because I have 2 program files on win7. So when I went to designate java's ram and stuf I had to do instead of %programfiles% I had to do %programfiles(86)% and it worked fine for me. Then just reload your map in and its good to go. A lot of plugins like economy and world guard are broken you would have to look and find the new ones to run it with.
