Server Help Needed

I am in the planning stages of my server. I have already setup a website the site is
www.mea-artis.blogspot.ca. It is going to be an RPG towny server based on heroes plugin. We have already started the lore behind our world and im making the world in world paint. The only thing is i need builders and someone to help with the financials until i get that situated. Check the website for the builder application if your interested.

The server will not be happening any time soon dont have financials for it right now
