Server help needing permissions and builders

hey guys,

i needing some help I need my server upgraded cos my last one got griefed now im preventing that I spent alot of hard work on it with like 2 friends but now its gone can anyone plz help me build alot of things shops ect and permissions and if u have skype tell me plz do not grief
