Server helpers

Looking for some help with my server. It is an Hamachi server. I am new to the server thing. I know how I would like but an having a hard time setting it up the way I want it. So what I need is builders and ops to help me set it up. But I need some people I can give op to that will help and not mess it up. So if you are that person please message me.
