Server Helpers Wanted

Hi. I am Owner of A server called purepvpcraft.mcph.co I am in desperate need of another developer. who has good ideas and does not expect to be paid , as I am broke from paying my old developers. I need someone with good ideas, Not young and stupid and can help benefit the server (ammount of players) wise.

We currently run off mcprohosting. Having trouble with a lot of pex , and detailed stuff like ranks. and donator. Pex is the biggest problem, we need people to have access to warp wild. Which they do not. If you think you can help us out and our not to young. add me on skype: random haruma.
