I can do it for you The server has a 200 Mbps backbone internet connection located in a LA Data Center. The server has 16 gb memory and you would get 2 gb of it.(More when I upgrade to 32 GB.) It has a SATA III SSD and an overclocked quad core cpu. It can handle up to 25 People. I can even host a small website for free. I can give you a demo server upon request to see how smooth it runs.
