I got a cheap host for 5$ u get 512 mb of ram, but its really NO LAG
I have about 70 plugins, 20 players on. and NO lag. my players love it!

yes u can set your own on all servers but its recommened
and i highly doubt it doesnt lag with that many plugins and players
