i am a excelent builder and i have many ideas i wish for the server to be a server where noobs dont go griefing and the admins sit idley by says dont bother me im building and randomly kicking you

I might be of interest what would i get out of it and can you be a little more detailed on what you want. LIke maybe a survial or what and what are you looking for just someone to help you or someone who will completely run your server from like the inbeding and coding and what not?
