NEED HELP WITH SERVER PLUGINS!!

I was thinking of opening a server, but I would like to hear from the PMC community what u want!
I want to pick at least 10 plugins or idea that you guys want and add it to the server, I may add more if they are good.
If your idea is picked you will be given a good rank and other people who contribute to this thread who do not get their ideas picked will also get a prize when they join!
