So i've recently started up a Minecraft server and i am struggling to keep a consistent player base without the players constantly asking for Admin. Has anyone had experience with these issues that can help me out?

You will get requests for admin, op, mods, creative and ect. quite a bit.... All part of advertising on planetminecraft
It takes a while to get a consistent player base. Biggest word of advise. Keep a steady presence on your server. Be helpful and great players. After time it will grow.
