1. You must have a Dedicated Minecraft server (Not Hamachi and must be 24/7)
2. Your server must have over 10 players on at all times
3. Your server should be well moderated
4. Your server must have a logo and/or banner + a general theme (black and blue or black an red etc.). This is to style the application
5. Only the server administrator can submit his own server here
6. You must have steam and an email that you check frequently
