1.2.3 server no lag!!

Hi im back with another server this time ive upgraded to minecraft 1.2.3 with my server and i hope you will like it My Enter Does Not Work so i wont be talking on there and i hope you can join there shall be no griefing or cheating items because nobody is a op even me the owner it is a hamachi server with bukkit i have roved my plugins no its 100% legit and survival Details- ID- stormcloke -Pass- kadabra122 -IP- 5.28.56.126
