Welcome to the Xela Network!
Hi! My Nickname is Gam3z and I am staff of a soon to be AMAZING server! However, our staff is slowly losing people, and we need more people to help make our server grow and thrive! If you are interested in any jobs, please read through this page thoroughly.
These are the requirements for each staff type. Remember, everyone is treated equally. We're all in this together . Also, when finished, please send the document to v.vien03 or kawaiitidal via Skype:

At the moment i do not have a working headphone because mine broke. However, i will probably be getting new ones soon. I am currently using some makeshift ones.

I have probably been playing minecraft for 4 years now since about 2012/11

I am applying for moderator/admin rsnk on the server.

Yes i have worked on many servers before in multiple jobs including moderator, builder, head admin, and co owner.
-If so, how long have you been working on servers for?
I have been working on servers for only about a year however over the time i have become very good with the regular things that you need to know as a staff member.
-How do you rate yourself on your knowledge for IG commands (Out of 10)?
I am probably about a 7 and a half out of ten with IG commands at the moment but i will be able to get better at them over time.
-How good are you with building (Out of 10)?
I am a very good builder and have been builder on many servers so i woukd rate myself about a 9 out of 10
-How familiar are you with plugins (Out of 10)?
I am pretty familiar with a lot of plugins and if i do not know a plugin i am sure that i will be able to learn lots about the plugin very fast.
-How long (At least) Could you be on per day?
I could be on about 3-4 hours a day on weekdays (because of school), and on weekends i will be on about 6-7 hours a day.
-If you were able to, would you abuse your power?
If i were able to abuse my power i would never do so or even try. However, if for some reason i could i would tell a higher ranking staff member and make them aware of the exploit.
-Are you willing to donate to the server? ex. Sure! About $5 a month!
Im so sorry but u probably wouldnt be able to donate any money maybe on an occasion but hardly ever.

I would tell them to stop and would then mute and kick that person. I would then follow this up by telling a higher ranking staff member.

I would straight away tell them to stop and then tell an owner or head admin on the server about the incident and try and follow up even more.

Some of the hobbies that i like best are soccer, hockey, cricket and lots of other sports. Im a very healthy person and am a littlw bit underweoght for my age (about 4 kilos). I also dont mind school and have many friends at schools.

The difference between moderator and admin is that people in the admin position are looked up to more and must perform as a better role model than the moderators. They also need to be more responsible and cant let any exceptions no matter what the circumstances. Admins need to be active and known to most of the regular players.
-How would you perform your job?
I would perform my job by getting to know all of the players and having good conversations with all of the players, being friendly and spreading a happy vibe. However, i will also be strict and not make any exceptions no matter what my relationship is with that user.
-How would you train other staff (If directed to or if they request help)?
I would train other staff by showing them what to do and tell them verbally what to do in situations that they would need to step in. I would then let them take control and test them on how they do that particular job. I would ask questions and tell them what they could do better in the same situation next time.
-Do you know what a modified ('Hacked') client is, and how to use it?
No i do not know what a hacked client is. However, if needed and i get accepted i will be sure to researchup on it and learn everything i need to know about the subject.
