Who are we looking for?
Developers: Skilled in server management/plugin development.
Community Managers: Someone who can help overview and deal with in-game problems.
Graphical Designers: Anyone experienced in design and server art
In Builders we are looking for:
The ability to build in any terrain, be able to landscape, and have creativity.
Also preferably people who know how to work with: World Edit, World Guard, and VoxelSniper.
We are not looking for paid help Except Developers

This is not just an average server. We are planning on becoming one of top faction servers in Minecraft, we currently have custom developers working to make our server stand out and be as unique as possible. Servers take time to make especially if you want to have a successful one.
The server is not fully built yet since the plan is we're acquiring a team together first so we don't have problems down the road.

Why do you want to help?: I want to be staff and help out on this server because I believe with the things I can bring to the table, I can help make this network good. In order for a server to last long it will need good staff members and I think if I was able to be on this server's staff team that we would be going in the right direction. Most people want the rank because of the permissions, respect, popularity or for some other reason. I only apply for servers to do exactly what the tag states. I want to have the rank for what it does, not what it gets and that's where a lot of servers die down when they have staff abusing.
Any experiences from other servers? Have Screenshots of your work? Post a link: I have been staff on many servers. I have also owned and co-owned many as well. I owned ArticPrison which generated around 30new players daily. I also co-owned many of my friends servers. I have also co-owned a kitpvp server that was semi-successful getting around 20+ daily players. I have been helper multiple times on PurplePrison that is currently still up and running and has been voted the #1 Prison Server on many sites including PMC. I have also been a moderator on many servers including RivalFactions. I am currently Helper on a small server that is struggling due to funding issues. I have also been community manager and staff manager for a few servers that have gone down due to lack of funding or non dedicated owners.

I love helping and building, i`m in love with art and building, and being to help and build is amazing, i`m building things for other servers, i would love to help out! you could not give me credit and i would still be happy knowing i helped, i also wanna actually work on a server and it be better because ive signed up for staff on other servers and i was accepted but the servers always went down or theyre not professional enough and i gave up. the representation of this post and how you talk about it im sure it will hold strong and actually be professional!!! :D

Why do you want to help? I want to help a server grow, especially this one because it looks professional and I enjoy that. I want to be able to help players learn how to play, and make sure the community is up-to-date. I will ensure that the server is enjoyable and that our team functions accordingly. I'd do my best to upkeep the server and make sure all of our current and returning players are happy.

Post a link: (I was a moderator on the server DreamMC, they combined servers with Minelink and are now known as Minelink, I cannot get my application link since they shut down their forums, DreaMC averaged around 300 players a day at all times.)
Any final thoughts?: I believe that I would make a great addition to the staff team and as a community manager, I have great leadership skills that I will use while upholding the server and helping players as a whole.
