i need to brush up on my building skill though,but i can build stuff like Manisons,lobbies,Cities,hotels,etc
Redstone:i wont lie im not the best at redstone but i can do you average redstoning like creating a security door or make it to where when someone steps on a pressure plate they fall in lava or what ever you want them to fall in.

How i hand banning and giving puishments
1.I talk to the person that it happened to for ex. if its grief i would talk to the victim and ask them if they have any witness and if they can provide proof like a photo or something and not just trying to get someone banned or jailed.
2.I confront the person that did the crime and ask why they did it and what happen
and once ive gathered all my information and i have full proof that that the person did it then i go in to my puishments listed below

Huge Griefing or griefing spawn:Perm Ban

Little Griefing(ex. players house):temp ban

Spamming Big:muted or jailed for 1 day,if big enough both punishments would then go into affect

Spamming little:muted or jailed for 2 hours

Advertising:Warning and then a Perm Ban,depending on how bad the advertising was like if they spam it then it would be a automatic perm ban

Disrespect to players or staff:Muted for 3 hours and jailed for 2 hours,depending on how bad the disrespect was.
Donations I can set up a paypal and a buycraft account for the server to accept donations and help get donators and new players.
