Server in need of Builders

In need of good builders!

I am in need of a prison / jail type server map made...
You will get gamemode and fly to build it...
Once done and it is in my interests you will get a prefix called builder that will last forever and /fly anywhere on the jail....

Trust me:
I own 3 servers.
1 Hub. Average 100-250 players on high times
1 Fun Build server. Average 5-25 people high time.
1 Hub.. not popular yet:P Average 10-30 people on high times.

This jail server will be seperate from my hubs and fun build server and be a lone server... Hoping to get atleast 30 people average no less but more
