My Server is in need of a Plugin Creator.

Like the Title says my server is in need of a Plugin Creator than can create custom plugins for our server. We are planning on only making about 3-4 custom plugins if necessary for our server. We only need the following custom plugins made:

-Public Mine Plugin
-H-GAMES custom plugin
-And a Possible Cookie Slap-ish plugin.

Things that you MUST know how to do!:
-Make the plugin 1.4.6
-Make it where the plugin does not interfere with other plugins (If possible)
