WHY U WANT THIS RANK, (EXPLAIN BRIEFLY): I want to HELP the server out so much and am exited for it. I have been on the server and it is GREAT.
HOW I CAN TRUST U WITH THE PERMISSIONS(EXPLAIN BRIEFLY, GIVE ME AT LEAST 3 REASONS): I dont grief, I am not going to destroy the server and ban all the people, I just want to help the server out and i wont do anything bad.

ARE YOU GOOD WITH SOLVING PROBLEMS?(GIVE AN EXAMPLE): Yes i will give warnings out first (About 3 or 2), then 1 or 2 kicks, then a temp ban for 2 hours, I will not ban without permission from you.

Piece of advise, don't give anyone "Head"-"Position" just yet and let you filter out the people that you like or then you will get an Amadan of a "Head"-"Position" and you will get desperate for people and take in more Amadans.
I have run a server with my brother and your friends are not a good choice for admin and a head-admin should be chosen from the most respected admins and a head mod the same. You need people who can monitor the chat and stop rule breakers or then your chat is just going to be a spam of people and all the good people are going to leave.

WHY U WANT THIS RANK, (EXPLAIN BRIEFLY): I have become displaced after the closing of the server I was head-admin on and I am looking for another server.

HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE HAVE YOU HAD WITH BEING STAFF(NOT TAKING "ALOT" FOR AN ANSWER): Was moderating a server (as head-admin) that had seventy bored people talking and some spamming and I was still able to keep the chat clean of rule breakers and I stopped a flame war.
ARE YOU GOOD WITH SOLVING PROBLEMS?9GIVE AN EXAMPLE): Solving a dispute yes, solving a plugins problem no. I cannot give an example as it would be too easy for me to solve it.
