Last, I have pretty much memorized all basic plugin commands, and know them like the back of my hand.

3. Provide an application form.
4. Remove the first 6 lines of Text and replace it with "Rank List:"
5. Make Owner -3 = Co-Owner -3
6. Fix the grammar.
After making these changes, trolls will be less likely to join, and maybe a decent community and server will form.
