Why should we choose you over others? I am a dedicated player. I really like playing mc, and therefore I play it almost every day. And this started 4 years ago. So I have been playing mc over 4 years and I have been playing Online for about 2.5 years. And during these 2.5 years I have mostly played on faction servers and on bending servers, which include a lot of commands. So I have experience with commands and with faction servers. Other than that, I speak 4 languages which are spanish dutch english and french. During the time I have been admin/mod I have made a lot of friends and have played with all sorts of people, they all liked the staff/ me haha. Well as they liked me I tried to convince them about buying ranks etc, telling them how good it was and usually it did work.

What would you do if a staff abused?
I would tell him not to do so, because the game wouldn´t be fair for the other players, this could cause them to get mad and leave the server. So I would tell him to stop, and then I would tell the owner.

What would you do if someone accused another player of hacking?
I would check both sides, first I would like to know why he accuses the other player of hacking and then I would ask the other player if it would be true, and last I would search for any evidence that showed the person was hacking. Then I would probably ban/ or tell him to get hacks off. And if I would ban him I would tell, the owner. And he could choose what happend next.

How can you help::I am a fun person and love to have conversations with members. But when Force needs to be applied I drop the act and get on the problem. I know what to do in situations such as dealing with Cheaters or just a person spamming in the chat. I am always willing to help someone that needs it and I am just an overall nice guy, greeting and answering questions whenever possible. I love to interact with everyone anyway I can. The experience I have had prepares me for the job that I need to do and I am always ready, I play about 4-5 hours on weekends and 2-4 hours on Weekdays. Unless I have something important to do or something personal/family related. Loyalty is one of my big traits. I always stick with people till the end, if I work for that server that's the only server that is a priority to manage.
Why Should we choose you: I will help players out if it is needed. I am very flexible so if the server has a reset or staff demotion I can handle it. I love helping players out if they are having trouble with anything like commands or what to do. If a player is using a hacked client I will ban them from the server. If someone is spamming and IP I will clear chat then I will mute them. If a player is being mean to others I will give him 1/3 warnings by kicking him and if he doesn't stop I will mute him for 10 minutes. If a staff member is hacking or abusing I will either take screenshots of it. I am also very loyal and I will be dedicated to this server. If I ever get money I might buy something off this server to help it grow.

How can you help: I will try my hardest to help other players and make the game more enjoyable for all other players. Why Should we choose you: Well, Im 17 and am mature. I take this game seriously as I know playing serious is more enjoyable for alot of people such as players on the server and other staff members by making everyone's time on the server more enjoyable and relaxing. Also I have been Admin/Moderator on around 14 other servers before so I know how to act and keep my spot as Staff and provide help for anyone that needs assistance. I have played minecraft for the past 3 years and I hope to bring all my experience and knowledge to this server which may prove useful to other staff members including yourself. I will also help the server on monitoring the chat to help prevent spammers and people who are using too much abusive language and disrespecting other members of the server. I'm always active so if needed I can always check the forums and post useful information about upcoming things such as events, plugins that have been added to the server and even answering people applications if I had the privilege. I am usually active with the other members so if they some how catch a hacker I will ask the other user who is accused of hacking to screen share his minecraft and his versions, if I find any hacked clients I will report it to a higher member of the staff with proof that I got of it and take it from there.

How can you help: I will be able to help if someone needs something doing or they are stuck. I will also be able to moderate and deal with situations such as when someone griefs they would get a warning to start with but then they would get a permanent ban. If someone started swearing in the chat first they would get a warning and i'd clear the chat but if they carried on they would get a mute and if they found any other ways I would give them a permanent ban. If you needed help with an plugins like setting them up I would be able to do that and I would also be able to keep the lower admins and moderators in good order and make sure they always have something to do

How can you help: I can & will make a major contribution to the growing server, I cognize that it is quite a distance from it's full potential and I know that I will be able to help it during the process. I will assist the server by banning hackers, muting spammers and banning advertisers who are trying to take away the beloved members of the server, common sense and decision making, in my opinion are one of the most important keys of being a staff member and I strongly believe that I make good decisions and have common sense, I know how it feels to be the one with out power and to be abused by a player with more power and I promised myself that I would never abuse a player. I am willing to give your server a chance and I'm really hoping that you, in return, will give me a chance. I realized long ago that everything I do as an owner (Co-Owner) affects everyone which is why I always lead by example, If a player was complaining about being bored, then I would start conversing with them or trying to entertain them and I wouldn't just be a dull, half-dead Co-Owner that doesn't talk/speak with anyone and is dead-silent. I can benefit the server by making advantageous guides, posts etc and by choosing a good set of plugins for their entertainment.

How can you help:The reason I would like to become a staff member for this server is because I would be able to see all the potential it has. I have great ideas that can benefit the server. My ideas may not be huge but they can still enhance the way the game is played. Also I have seen a lot of people cheating and using hacked clients which frustrates me beyond belief. Every time I see someone cheating I just wish I could do something about it however I cannot. I would like to keep this server clean in people abusing the system and fair for the whole community. Using hacked clients ruins the game for not only the player using it but for everyone as well. As I staff member I plan to do things for the players; to enhance their excitement of playing and keep it fair for all. I plan to be of assistance to any players on need. Whatever problem the players has I would like to help whether it's a glitch in the game. As a staff member I plan to be there for the community 24/7 no matter what because I care for them. Even if I am being yelled at by another player I will stay calm, cool, and collected because nothing can be solved with two people going at it.

Although I am a helping hand to anyone in need I am not afraid to stand my ground. I am a very devoted and loyal person. My attitude toward anything I do is to never give up. Once I start something I get it done, no matter what. If it causes me a headache then so be it. If it takes all day then so be it. I will finish whatever I start. My peers also consider me a leader. In class when projects are assigned I always take the whole of the leader. I give each group member a responsibility and make sure that no one person is doing all the work. I make sure all parts are equal in work and it is done right.
Why Should we choose you:The reason yo enougu should choose me to be staff is that i will minimise the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base. But more to the point I would like to become Staff to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner. Finally I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently.
I could bring my commitment, I would try me very hardest to provide players with informative and helpful answers to all their queries, I would do this frequently to make sure all players have an enjoyable experience.
