Server Needing Developer

Hello,
I am currently putting up a minecraft server with a very unique idea and there for need some rather unique plugins. I will need someone that is very skilled in coding plugins and working with existing plugins. As I will most likely be putting the server plugins in your hands, I will need to interview you before hand, and if you pass that, I will ask you to help me with my existing plugins. Eventually, I will trust you but not right off the bat. I do not want someone messing up what I've done so far.
