Server needs Builders and Coders

Me and 2 other friends are planing on releasing a server
The server will consist of Soup Kitpvp at first and we will Add more servers from there.
we really need coders and builders with past experience as you Will be a staff member you will need to fill out a application and Require skype and a microphone as we will have a Skype interview, here is the format:

Why should we pick you: I am proficent in building but i excell greatly at coding

Tornade3, I like your application. We have a coder already but I think We should Have 2. I will talk to greensabr200 and maybe We can Have a Skype Interview with you and then With your friend who can build. Then we will see what we think

And i know a lot of interesting plugin
Why should we pick you:Cause i can config everything and i m a good builder not amazing okay ...

Extra Information: Okay hum ... i think a server needs a lot of things to work really ....
Its really deficult to found good staff and if you take me as a Coder i know a amazing builder who was my Co_Owner before so he can be a builder in the server .....
