Hi I am a professional server owner i plan to make a big hub server the name is secret until you get into contact with me because of domain reasons but I need [color=#408040]developers people that can make plugins.

You will not get proper, high quality developers from here most the time.
And even then, any good devs needs some kind of reward, to make it worth their time.
