My server needs a builder. Not as a staff member i just need you to build a hub for me. I want it to look similar to the Shotbow Network's Hub (us.shotbow.net). So if your an INSANE builder and want to help out, comment below and if u are accepted, i will email you the ip. Thx

What do u consider the difference in a Hub and a Spawn.?
A hub is a big lobby with portals going to several worlds.
A spawn is a (center) building in a world, without portals tp'ing to several places, and slightly smaller

Paying half the price before you even start the spawn is complete bullshit. That is not how business works.
They request the spawn, you build the spawn, if they like the spawn, they pay you for the spawn.
