Server needs host
Me and my friends are going to start a server.
We already have staff for it and we only need host for us.
Our idea: Server is based on a nowadays. It's bit like rp server but there is no need for big backround stories. We will get plugins to make this server more modern (CraftBook etc...) And there will be Villages and few big cities and sometimes there is wars between them. We are getting Towny, Jobs, CraftBook and some transport plugin (movecraft, autocraft). Our idea might sound bit too unoriginal but we are taking suggestions about how we could make this unique as possible.
What we will give to host: Fair share of donations. We are not much into money we just want to have a server but still we won't agree to 100% of donations deal. So tell us how big share do you want and we'll talk about it.
What we want from host:
1. 8GB of ram. It might sound alot compared to what we are offering to host but. More ram = more plugins = more donor perks = more donors = more profit for you. Of course we will give access to most of plugins without donations. We just make sure that donating is really worth of it.
2. Ftp and/or control panel. If it's only control panel it must include plugin uploader and file manager.
3. Patience. You can't expect that donations will come at the first day. Building map will take some time.
We are always able to make some compromises. If you lack some of our requirements you can still try to apply to be our host.

via somebody computer? you gone fail then at your plan you will get the world laggist server then. to get create connection and no lag you need a dedicated server or get a server from a hosting company
And of course I want to have one from hosting company. All what I'm saying that there is not many hosting companies that will agree to my conditions.

Yes, I want dedicated server and I really want good internet connection. I had dedicated 32GB ram computer at my home but I had too bad internet connection.
I'm trying to make this clear. I'm not looking for big hosting companies or people who will pay for hosting companies instead of me. I just want someone who happens to have amazing internet connection and will be able to invest some ram from his computer for our server.
i own many servers in france and holland but a 32GB dedi costs around the 150 Euro per month and it has a 8 core overclocked and 5 gb's uplink and solid state drive's (2TB)
No one is willing to pay for a server that will probably end up getting very little donations. 8GB of RAM will cost at least $50 a month.
And what makes you think that we will get very little donations? It's impossible to have donation system with only 1GB. We want 8GB so we can have much free features and players can have fun for free. And with 8GB we can also have really good donor perks that makes donating really worth it and that encourages lots of people to donate. We also have nice staff, we are all decent builders. And you probably didn't read the part that said: We are always ready to make compromises.

Our ticket didn't pass in ChromoByte so we are still looking for a host. (Not monthly payments. Share of donations deal)
There are not many RP servers out there, if any, so you have great potential. I recommend Chromobyte.com. Open a ticket and ask for a 8gb ram VPS, and they likely will get you it. They are really helpful, and dedicated to their work. If you need help setting it up, or want pointers I am willing to help.
I submitted ticket there but we are still looking for options. So anyone can still feel free to apply to be our host.
