What I do when there is a hacker :
1: I detect who has done it by detecting him with suspects. Later I check the logs and see who has hacked. After I ban the hacker and he give back the stuff that the hacker has got.
2 I it is an x-rayer I vanish my self tp to suspects and see if they find diamonds easily then I will jail him for some torture then ban him.
