Plugins You Have experience With: I think it would be easier to ask what I don't have experience with. I have dabbled in quite a few different plugins.
Examples: Towny, Factions, World edit, world border, world guard, chest shop (and many other shop plugins), Grief prevention, log block, prism, dynmap, Combat tag, essentials, no cheat, anti advertising plugins, plot me, announcements... And many many others. The list goes on.

Why should I choose you: I have a lot of experience, from plugin management, to staff management. Also as well many different ideas that my crazy brain comes up with. I help others as best as I possibly can all the time to the fullest of my ability. I am a problem solver.
Who you will help when I choose you: Anyone really. New players need help getting to know the server. Other players might need help with other problems that might occur. I don't mind helping out staff either. As far as I see it... It is one big community where we help out each other.
If a hacker is on the server and you are the only staff member online, what would you do: It depends on the hack itself. If I see some xray, I will tempban them for a day. That will be their warning so to speak. I always temp ban, jail or mute before perm bans. Also if there are specific rules for that kind of thing like you just ban them if you see them hacking. Then so be it.
Would you ever abuse your powers: I don't see a reason to. I have the utter most respect for staff and owners. I would feel as though I betrayed them if I did.
Do you know how to code very well: I have dabbled a bit in code. Not enough to actually do anything with just yet.
How many times have you been staff before: To be honest, I have lost count. Was never demoted, ever. I would leave on my own terms or the server would just simply die out.
Have you hosted your own server before: Once upon a time long ago. Probably 2 years ago.
Have you made a plugin before: Unfortunately not. I am still learning the basics and hope to be able to in the future.
Do you know how to set up GroupManager and PermissionsEx: I am not a fan of group manager. PermissionsEx is really easy and so it Bpermissions.
How Long Will You Play On The Server Every Day ( Atleaast 7 hrs. ): Never really sat there and bothered to count how long I was on one server for. Quite a few hours. Except maybe on weekends and holidays. I will usually pop on and off on the weekends. But I am always available on skype and other methods if I am needed right away.
If you are caught not playing as much as you said you do, what is your punishment: I wouldn't think there would be a punishment for that. Sure a demotion for extreme inactivity but other wise, just come talk to me. I am a reasonable person.
If you are caught abusing powers, what is your punishment: Surely it would depend on the severity of my abuse. Usually though, I would expect a demotion.
What will you do to a griefer: Usually a temp ban or a ban. Unless otherwise stated by rules or a staff member.

1) Racism. Absolutely not tolerated under any circumstances.
2)Advertising. If you come on just to advertise, then it is obvious you never intended to play here.
3)Griefing excessively after multiple warnings and other forms of punishments that have been issued.
4) Hacking after other forms of punishments have been issued.
5) Constant vulgarity after multiple mutes.
6) Exploiting multiple glitches without reporting them.
7) Using multiple accounts to bypass punishments only to continue their wrong-doings.

If so, how much at maximum: Really depends on how much is needed to help.
Will you ever advertise: I will not advertise other servers. I can however advertise this server the best as I can. I will not be going on other servers to do so either.

How fast do you type (How many words per minute): Yikes, I can type pretty fast. 65 to 70 wps.
Have you port-forwarded: Oh yes, multiple times. Its fairly easy to do.
Will you buy the server an IP from No-Ip.org: There are many free ones. Obviously they aren't as nice as the ones you would buy. But if needed I guess I could.
Will you advertise on other servers: No no no, I wouldn't want people to do it on the server I was staff on or owned, so there for, I will not do it on others.
Will you help the server grow (Even though It already has too many people): Of course! I have brought many players to past servers I have been apart of. I can help it grow in the sense of new and great ideas we well.

How many times have you been staff before: I have been Moderator on a few different servers of different types. On one of those said servers I was a staff member for many many months, in which I was promoted to Admin. On another server, I aided in the creation, and was promoted to Admin, later, Head-Admin.
Have you hosted your own server before: I have hosted my own server before. Although not long, I learned many basics of how to run a server, and how to handle problems.
Have you made a plugin before: No, I have not.
Do you know how to set up GroupManager and PermissionsEx: I truthfully, do not know much about setting up these plugins. I do however, have basic knowledge on using them.
How Long Will You Play On The Server Every Day ( Atleast 7 hrs. ): On weekdays, truthfully, I will probably only be able to play around 3-4 hours... On the weekend, however, I will be able to play for a much longer period of time as they are not nearly as event-packed as the weekdays. I could play much longer that 7 hours on the weekends.
If you are caught not playing as much as you said you do, what is your punishment: My punishment would probably be demotion or complete removal from the staff team. I find that understandable as I'm no help if I'm not online.
If you are caught abusing powers, what is your punishment: If I'm caught abusing my powers, I will most likely be removed from the staff team, either temporarily or permanently. This is understandable because no one wants to play on a server with abusing staff members.
What will you do to a griefer: I will follow standard procedures that we use on the server. Whether that be to ban, temp-ban, jail, etc.

But since I do not know the rules as of this moment, I will notify other staff members and the owner immediately. But, if that is the case, I will make up those missing hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays since I do not have classes on those 3 days]

-Tempban the player if that person griefs more than 7 blocks. [2 blocks = 24 hr grief]
-Ban the player permanently if that person griefs 15 blocks or more.
