Server needs staff.

So what help do we need?
Well starting with the most needed things to the least but all are needed
1. Map editors, The map is huge and buildings are not decorated we need help with this but we also need something that you can prove to us that your trust-able for it
2. Quest makers, World of warcraft uses quests to level up we are using the same idea so we need people to make up the quest lines
3. Staff, We need staff to help stop the people doing wrong and assist others like any server out there
4. Developers, We need people we could class as developers to help with the project in big ways adding more ideas etc..you need to prove great trust for this, you get large control over things and help out the most we do not need too many developers but we need a few.

Previous experiences with servers? I have been an op, i owned a server. I have also been a builder on several servers.
Why you want to help? I would really like to help your server grow.
How can you help? I am good at advertising for servers, and I can encourage people not to spam and scam. I only mute when it is needed, and i will always listen for feedback. I can also make a website for the server.

Why you want to help? Because i love helping servers grow, try to improve the server, get good players/staff and helping people around.
How you can help?: I would help build, recruit people, try to encourage people to stay and if there was a spammer i would just mute them. Of course i wont abuse my powers, if i did players will probably just go around pmc telling how bad this server is Also i would try to act most mature- because they would PROBABLY just quit the server if they had immature staff. Also, i would try to brainstorm some good ideas and help build/do it.
