We are working on a new server called Universal Legends, so far we've decided that it will be a survival server with some cool aspects such as custom mobs, horse summoning, trade features, as well as some other yet to be added things. What Skills You Bring: A lot actually, I could create professional quality gifs, videos, intros and banners. I work with Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
Why Should We Choose You: I have 3 years in the field of graphic design and I feel like I can contribute a lot to the server. Those three years I have taken Graphic Design 1, 2, and Advanced Graphic Design at my school, and experimented and created a ton in between.

What Skills You Bring: I can also build a little (helping out with spawns) and i made the CupCraft banner if you want to search it up on PMC.
Why Should We Choose You: I have great ideas that can benefit the server. My ideas may not be huge but they can still enhance the way the game is played. Also I have seen a lot of people cheating and using hacked clients with frustrates me beyond belief. Every time I see someone cheating I just wish I could do something about it however I cannot.Using hacked clients ruins the game for not only the player using it but for everyone as well. As I staff member I plan to do things for the players; to enhance their excitement of playing and keep it fair for all. I plan to be of assistance to any players on need.As a staff member I plan to be there for the community 24/7 no matter what because I care for them. Even if I am being yelled at by another player I will stay calm, cool, and collected because nothing can be solved with two people going at it. I can also be on everyday of the week after i get home from school( except somedays I have soccer practice).

First time: I'd just give them a chat warning. "Hey, __________... You did _________ and it's not acceptable. This is warning one."
Continued: Warning Two and Three; 2: "What you did was unacceptable. Please stop doing it"; 3: "You've gotten two warnings already. Please stop or I'll have to kick you."
If they keep doing it: I kick them once, do it again, kick them again, do it AGAIN, I kick them AGAIN. Keep doing it: Temp-Ban 30 mins, keep going, Temp-Ban 1 day, then finally a warning that if they keep doing it, they'd get perm-banned.
Can You Advertise (How?): I'd go to Chat, Server Talk and advertise. Preferrably once so I don't get kicked from forums for a day.
